All items are brand new.

If you are unsure about the sizing, do check the measurements provided.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated.

We strongly encourage you to come down and try in our store for a better shopping experience. 

BYSWANN do not do any form of reservations or trades & prices are strictly non-negotiable.

BYSWANN makes every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our social media/ website. However, as the actual colours you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be exactly the same as the colours of our products.

Do credit BYSWANN if you're taking any of our images here. BYSWANN’ images can be used for re-selling/ finding purposes.


Returns & Exchanges

We try to provide unique pieces hence quantity can be limited, we strongly encourage you to come down and try in our store for a better shopping experience.

As of now, we do not accept returns/ exchange/ cancellations of backorder or sold items including sale items and earrings due to hygiene, unless the item is damaged or defective.

BYSWANN ensures that all items are in perfect condition before mailing, please kindly check your items when you purchase at our store.

However, we are not liable for damages to the product which may occur during mailing process, which may be due to mishandling of the parcel by the postman

If returns do not meet all mentioned conditions will be declined.

All returns must be mailed back with a traceable mode of delivery, within 10 working days (local orders) and 20 working days (international orders).  

Sales

All prices of sale items are deemed final and are non-negotiable.
Unless there are defects on the sales items, sale items are strictly not exchangeable.

 

By purchasing an item from us, you are deemed to have been agreeable to all T&C stated.
